Molecular Scientist is a program that allows you to "build" computer models of molecules. The program supports seperate colors and single, double, and tripple bonds between atoms. The elements and their symbols are all on a seperate text file, so if you believe that a certain element should be spelled differently or you think a symbol should be different, you can change it.
